About Heritage Pro Se
Heritage Pro Se is a national, AI-first legal operating system built for self-represented litigants — the people who must navigate the United States legal system without a lawyer. We combine verified legal research, AI-guided document preparation, evidence organization, court-specific compliance checks, procedural navigation, filing and service coordination, and access to licensed legal professionals when professional help is needed. Our guiding promise is simple: “You represent yourself. We help you prepare.”
The platform is designed for pro se users facing civil, family, housing, consumer, administrative, appellate, post-conviction, and many other matters. Rather than relying on an AI model’s memory for legal conclusions, Heritage retrieves, verifies, cites, versions, and displays the underlying authority — statutes, regulations, court rules, constitutional provisions, and case law — drawn from official government and trusted open sources. Every material legal proposition is meant to show its source, jurisdiction, court, date, and verification status, and to surface contrary authority rather than hide it.
Heritage Pro Se LLC is not a law firm, and our nonlawyer staff do not act as your attorney or provide individualized legal advice. Where a user needs licensed professional judgment, the platform connects them to independent licensed attorneys and law firms for separate legal services. Heritage builds the research, drafting, compliance, and case-intelligence tools; the self-represented party remains the litigant of record and makes every decision in their own case.
The system is engineered and maintained by the Heritage Pro Se team as a single connected platform — unified data models, source-first ingestion pipelines, court-compliance logic, and transparent coverage reporting — so that a user can move from “I don’t know what this document means” all the way to a prepared, court-checked filing without ever leaving a coherent, source-grounded environment.
Heritage Pro Se LLC is not a law firm and does not act as your attorney. You remain the self-represented party. Licensed attorney services, when available, are provided independently by licensed professionals. No outcome is guaranteed.
