Refund rules for Heritage Pro Se services and subscriptions.
Document-support services are refundable if work has not yet begun. Once document drafting or review has commenced, partial refunds may be issued based on work completed, as determined by the complexity and stage of the work.
Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are issued at our discretion based on usage.
Unused processing credits are non-refundable but remain available in your account for future use.
Court filing fees, notary fees, process server fees, and other third-party costs are not refundable once incurred.

Heritage Pro Se does not guarantee any legal outcome. Refunds are not issued based on case outcomes or court decisions.
