Heritage Pro Se LLC collects information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, case details, uploaded documents, and communications. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage analytics to improve our platform.
We use your information to provide legal self-help tools, document-support services, case organization, and research capabilities. We do not use your data to provide legal advice or representation. Your case data is isolated to your account and is not shared with other users.
All case intelligence, documents, and evidence you upload are scoped to your user account via row-level security. Other users cannot access your data. Authorized administrators may access case content only under audit-logged conditions for authorized support, security review, incident response, or legal-hold compliance — not for routine browsing. Such access is recorded in system audit logs.
Heritage Pro Se does not sell your data. We do not automatically share confidential user data with any other Heritage Prime Holdings LLC company. Cross-company referrals require your explicit consent. If you use the attorney directory or referral service, your information is shared only with the attorney you select.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Retention Policy and Deletion Policy for details.
