All documents you upload — pleadings, orders, motions, evidence, and communications — are stored in private, access-controlled storage. No other user can access your documents.
Documents generated through our drafting tools are associated with your matter and account. You can export, download, or delete them at any time.
File access requires authenticated API calls. Download links are time-limited signed URLs that expire automatically.
Your uploaded documents are never publicly accessible. Only you and authorized administrators (under audit-logged conditions) can access them.
Documents are retained according to our Data Retention Policy. You may delete documents at any time from your case workspace.
