Your right to delete your data and how deletion works.
You can delete individual documents, evidence items, matters, or your entire account at any time through the platform interface.
Deleted items are initially soft-deleted (marked as deleted) and are no longer visible or accessible. Soft-deleted data is purged from storage within 90 days.
When you delete your account, all associated matters, documents, case intelligence, and personal data are scheduled for permanent deletion. Some data may be retained as required by law or our Data Retention Policy.
Certain data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping. This includes aggregated, de-identified data and payment records.
Once data is permanently purged, it cannot be recovered. Please export any data you wish to keep before deletion.
