How to cancel your Heritage Pro Se subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents renewal at the next billing cycle.
After cancellation, you retain access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier if available.
Your data is retained after cancellation. You can still access and export your documents. If you wish to delete your data, see our Deletion Policy.
You can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time by resuming payment.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancelled subscriptions are not auto-refunded for the current period, but you retain access through its end.
